Overall a wonderful stay for the two nights. The venue is spacious and clean with a good value and helpful and super-friendly staff. Location - excellent, very close to food spots, the huge supermarket, and Kawaguchi lake n Cable way n surrounding area. Also, close to the Yagizaki park where you can have a nice view of Mount Fuji on a clear day. Fab food choices for breakfast...

I liked its accommodating and incredibly kind employees.
Great and perfect location, a train station was close to the hotel. Overall it was well decorated with futon instead of bed.

The location was stunning and conveniently near the lake. It was also in a quiet residential area, close to Chureito Pagoda, the nearest bus stop, and several restaurants and convenience stores.

The place is extremely beautiful and cute, meeting needs well. The units are reasonably large, well decorated, and feature comfortable beds. The decor and coffee are very nice, and the staff is OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING. There are fabulous food choices for breakfast, leaving no complaints whatsoever.

The unit we got was spacious and beautifully decorated, complete with coffee, tea, and a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. We enjoyed a variety of fabulous meals. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
